LCOEB have begun a program if improving communication and networking possibilities by joining the most popular online sites. They have pages on LinkedIn and IGOpeople also a twitter page ( with some nice graphics I must say! ) and with a Facebook page to follow soon. They also are starting a blog as well and promise to keep it regularly updated with contributions from the Mentors that are used to such great effect for one to one training.
I think this show some forward thinking on their part and is an example to other government bodies that social networking holds some amazing opportunities to engage with your client base in an easy to use format.
So thumbs up to LCOEB and all the other boards should take note of the right way to do it!
I will be keeping you updated with any other interesting developments from LCOEB
