It was an amazing celebration of Limericks multicultural makeup with locals mixing and enjoying the friendly atmosphere that all the Brazillians and Irish organisers made sure filled the Shopping Centre. Congratulations to the managment of the shopping center for their support of such an event showing their forward thinking in embraceing Limericks ever changing population.

Parkway Shopping Centre 25th Birthday BBQ a great success

Call it the luck of the Irish but the organisers of the BBQ at Limericks Parkway Shopping Centre managed to dodge the clouds and the day stayed dry which led to a great turnout.

The organisers had done a great job in ensuring that there was plenty to do and unit holders also helped with BBQ special offers in many of the shops in the centre.

With Mimes, stilt walkers, face panting and Jugglers moving among the crowds everyone enjoyed the atmosphere on a lovely if overcast warm day.
